During the JD.COM 618 this year, Jingdong Logistics officially put into use two "Asia No.1" intelligent logistics parks in Yiwu and Wenzhou, national logistics hub cities. Together with Hangzhou "Asia No.1" which had been put into use before, Zhejiang took the lead in becoming the province where Jingdong Logistics put into use in Asia No.1 in three cities in the same province.
Three "Asia No.1" are located in northern, central and southern Zhejiang, forming a solid triangle, covering the whole province and radiating the Yangtze River Delta region, and forming an integrated and multifaceted logistics warehouse distribution network with warehouses in the province and surrounding provinces and cities. With the commissioning of Yiwu and Wenzhou Yayi, the proportion of self-operated orders from JD.COM in Zhejiang Province will reach about 95% on the same day or the next day, and about 60% of edible oil and laptops used by families in Zhejiang Province will be distributed from Jingdong warehouse group every year.
Yayi Park is the representative of intelligent new infrastructure in the "Web Weaving Plan" of Jingdong Logistics. The newly-built Yayi in Yiwu and Wenzhou are equipped with the world-leading AGV sorting robot, cross-belt sorting machine, high-speed sorting system and intelligent control system. Relying on the core advantages of the "trinity" supply chain technology of software, hardware and system integration, it provides full chain services such as temporary storage of goods, order picking, sorting and distribution through digital intelligent logistics equipment.
In the "Ground Wolf Warehouse" of Yiwu Yayi, more than 100 "Ground Wolf" AGV handling robots independently developed by Jingdong Logistics adopted the two-dimensional code and inertial navigation mode independently developed by Jingdong Logistics, subverting the traditional picking mode of "people looking for goods" with "goods looking for people". Compared with the traditional mode, the efficiency is improved by three times. In addition, Yiwu Yayi also has an advanced intelligent sorting center in the industry, with a maximum sorting capacity of more than 1 million pieces/day. It takes only ten minutes for the sorting center to enter and leave the express mail at the earliest, and the efficiency can reach five times that of manual sorting.
Wenzhou Yayi, as a comprehensive logistics park integrating the storage, sorting center, transshipment and other functions of large and medium-sized pieces, will also be equipped with automatic logistics equipment such as high-speed matrix sorting system, cross-belt sorting system, attic shelf and belt conveyor system. With the landing of Yayi Park, which integrates warehousing and picking, the goods purchased by consumers can be distributed to the corresponding transport vehicles at a very fast speed after being picked out from the shelves, packaged and pasted with the delivery address list, and delivered to consumers in the first time through a rich transportation network.
