The Beijing Youth Daily reporter learned from the Municipal Transportation Commission that on August 25th, the official mobile APP "Beijing Transportation" of the Beijing Municipal Transportation Commission was officially put into operation. The first phase has 20 functions, such as real-time bus, public bicycle, real-time road condition and passenger car index query. In addition, the reporter of Beiqing Daily was informed that it is expected that the subway congestion information can also be inquired on this APP during the year.
You can check 20 traffic information, such as lottery numbers and traffic violations.
On August 25th, the official APP "Beijing Traffic" of the Transportation Commission was officially launched. The first launch included two sections: "Traffic Information" and "Service".
The reporter of Beiqing Daily found that this APP has set up corresponding query functions for different traffic travel scenarios. For example, citizens who travel by bus and subway can inquire about bus and subway comprehensive transfer routes, fares, bus arrival time and consumption information of one card. Citizens who use private cars can verify the real-time road conditions, and the real-time road conditions are updated every two minutes, covering 93% of the roads above the county level in the Sixth Ring Road. Cyclists can inquire about the distribution, borrowing and returning number, address and other information of public bicycles in the city through the "public bicycles" function, and can also recommend the best walking route to everyone through the "walking evaluation" function.
The reporter of Beiqing Daily noticed that for public transportation, this APP can currently query the real-time arrival information of 613 bus lines. Among them, 611 are ordinary bus routes, and two are airport bus Wangjing Line and Sihui Line. This is the first time that airport buses have been included in the inquiry service. According to the relevant person in charge, users can also query the real-time arrival information of nearby buses through the "search around" function.
In addition, citizens entering and leaving Beijing can inquire about flights, trains and passenger lines entering and leaving Beijing through functions such as "flight dynamics", "train ticket inquiry" and "inter-provincial passenger transportation", and can also purchase inter-provincial passenger tickets online.
It is worth mentioning that the function released in the first phase also includes the "ETC Express Card" section, where citizens can apply for a card online, and can also inquire about monthly statements, traffic records and other information.
The query function of "subway congestion index" is expected to be realized within this year.
The reporter of Beiqing Daily noticed that Rong Jun, a member of the Municipal Transportation Commission, said that it is expected that "Beijing Transportation" will launch customized bus and rail transit passenger congestion inquiry services one after another this year.
At present, the Beijing rail transit network has become a large scale. In the subway, passengers can choose a variety of transfer modes from A to B. After knowing how crowded the subway is, passengers can avoid blocking in the subway.
Earlier, Zhou Zhengyu, director of the Municipal Transportation Commission, introduced that the monitoring center had a schematic diagram of rail traffic congestion at 7: 30-8: 30 in the morning rush hour. The subway full load rate is less than 100% green, between 100% and 120% red, and over 120% black. From this schematic diagram, we can clearly see the crowded degree of each platform of the subway, and know which station is restricted and which station is more comfortable to ride. The "Subway Congestion Index" is expected to be announced to the public, and will be queried in real time through Weibo and mobile phone software.
Release the real-time information of public bicycle outlets for the first time
In addition, the "Beijing Traffic" APP officially released the real-time inquiry service of the city’s "public bicycles" information for the first time. By using the "Beijing Traffic" APP, users will be able to query the real-time vehicle information of more than 2,100 car rental outlets in 12 districts and counties. Click the "raindrop" icon in the interface to intuitively understand the information of vehicles in the frame and free parking spaces. The green part of the icon represents the number of vehicles. The more green parts, the more vehicles that can be borrowed, while the blank part represents the remaining parking space information.
This function also supports filtering query according to conditions such as "area" and "distance" to help citizens find qualified public bicycle outlets. If you can’t find the specific location of the outlet for a while, using the "route navigation" function provided by the software can also help the public find the exact location quickly.
