First, the detection range
All personnel (including those who live, work, study and travel in the main city) in the main city (east to the north-south line of National Highway 310, west to Weiqing Road, south to the east-west line of Provincial Highway 107, and north to Weihe levee).
Second, the time and place
The testing time is from 6: 00 to 12: 00 on August 17th. There are 335 sampling points and 730 sampling stations in the main urban area, depending on the time and place notified by the subdistrict offices and communities (villages).
III. Relevant requirements
1. All staff members (including sampling personnel and volunteers at all levels in urban areas) who participated in the full-time nucleic acid detection completed the nucleic acid detection in the designated medical institutions in advance, and assembled at the designated location in advance according to the arrangement of each street office to get a work permit.
2. Vaccination shall be suspended during the whole staff’s nucleic acid testing. Temporary control is implemented in the main city, and people outside the scope of the main city are not allowed to enter the city unless necessary. According to the notice, all personnel in the main city will go to the designated sampling point for nucleic acid sampling in different periods and batches. Before the test results come out, advocate no flow and minimize social contact.
3. All personnel who have completed the sampling should post the identification stickers distributed on the spot in a position easy to show behind the mobile phone case. The sticker is a valid certificate for entering and leaving public places such as communities (villages), units and supermarkets, hotels, restaurants, cinemas, markets, etc. The management unit of public places should check the sticker, and guide those without the sticker to sample nearby before entering.
Fourth, special notice
1, please the masses to complete the "Shaanxi one code" information registration in advance, and show their personal electronic code when sampling; For those who do not have a smart phone, their family members will register the "relative code", print it and carry it (name and phone number); For others who are not registered, please bring your ID card (or household registration book) and take samples after on-site registration.
2. Please do personal protection, wear masks all the time, take the initiative to take the temperature test, keep a distance of more than one meter, don’t watch, don’t take pictures, don’t stay, don’t cut in line, don’t spread rumors, take samples in an orderly manner and leave immediately. For those who hold the negative certificate of 24-hour nucleic acid testing, they can get the identification post at the nearest nucleic acid sampling point with the certificate.
3. Persons under the age of 16 or suffering from diseases shall be accompanied by guardians for sampling; Special people with mobility difficulties, as well as people returning to Linwei from Hainan, Zhejiang, Xinjiang and Tibet provinces, should report to the community (village) in advance, and the sampling personnel will provide on-site service after examination. People who have been vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccine within 48 hours and have symptoms such as fever and cough should take the initiative to report the situation to the community (village) and do not participate in sampling. At present, it is still in centralized isolation or home observation, and it is detected according to the current policies and channels.
4. During the temporary control period, those who really need to enter the main city should hold a 24-hour negative nucleic acid test certificate. If people need to enter the main city due to sudden illness, accidental injury and other special circumstances, they can contact 120 and 110 for protection.
5. The results of this full-time nucleic acid test can be found in "Shaanxi One Code Pass".
6. According to the forecast of the meteorological department, there will be light rain in the morning of August 17th. Please prepare rain gear in advance.
All the personnel involved in this nucleic acid test should follow the principle of "no one is missing, no one is missing". In violation of the relevant provisions, those who deliberately do not participate, do not cooperate, disturb public order, create and spread rumors, and hinder nucleic acid testing will be investigated for legal responsibility by the public security organs in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
